Room Chronicles: Sam - Day 61

Sam had spent the rest of the previous night in her room, trying to make sense of her emotions and thoughts, both running rampant.  After a long, hard think about things,Sam had made her choice. Even though she had been lied to and betrayed by her parents, she had grown closer to the both of them during this ordeal, and for the first time in a long while Sam felt like she was part of a family again.  She was actually quite happy, after all things were considered.  Realising this, Sam decided that living in the past,that includes her old gender and the deception from her stepmother. The best thing, Sam decided, would be to look forward to her new future as a female and to live her life to the best of her ability.

That morning, before breakfast, Sam's stepmother knocked on Sam's bedroom dor to check on her, having not seen her since the confession the night before. After a short silence,Sam opens the door, allowing her stepmother in. Sam then opens up to her stepmother, hugging her to show that there are no hard feelings. Samantha now looking forward to her new life as a young woman.
